1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GEO Analytics LLC regarding your access to and use of our website ("the Site").

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website, including but not limited to:

• Member profiles and biographies
• Photographs and images
• Descriptions of services and expertise

are the exclusive property of GEO Analytics LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Site solely for:

1. Learning about our team members and their qualifications
2. Determining whether to engage our professional services
3. Legitimate business research purposes

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use any information from the Site to harass team members or send unsolicited communications
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Site
• Scrape, data mine, or extract information from the Site using automated means
• Use the Site in any way that could damage our reputation

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy:

• We do not warrant that team member information is current at all times
• We reserve the right to modify team composition without notice
• Expertise descriptions represent general capabilities, not guarantees of specific outcomes

6. Website Limitation of Liability

GEO Analytics LLC shall not be liable for:

1. Any decisions made based on information from the Site
2. Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions
3. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use

7. Scope of Services

We provide consulting services in data science, including but not limited to:

• Data analysis & visualization
• Machine learning & AI model development
• Predictive analytics
• Data engineering & pipeline optimization
• Custom data solutions
• Courses and Mentorship

The specific deliverables, timelines, and fees and refundings will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or consulting agreement.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely data required for the project.
• Designate a point of contact for communication.
• Obtain necessary permissions for data sharing and processing.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding data privacy.

9. Fees & Payment

• Fees will be specified in the SOW or invoice (hourly, project-based, or retainer).
• Payment is due within 10 days of invoice issuance.
• Late payments may incur interest at 10% per month.
• Expenses (e.g., software licenses, cloud services) may be billed separately.

10. Confidentiality & Data Security

• Both parties agree to protect confidential information.
• We adhere to industry-standard security practices but cannot guarantee absolute data security.
• Client retains ownership of their data; we process it only for project purposes.

11. Intellectual Property (IP) of Products and Deliverables

• Pre-existing IP remains the property of the respective party.
• Deliverables (reports, code, models) created for the Client belong to the Client upon full payment.
• We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated insights for internal improvement.

12. Services Limitation of Liability

• Our Services are provided "as-is" without warranties.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant Services.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay.
• Disputes will first attempt resolution via negotiation; unresolved disputes may proceed to arbitration/court.
